Rampart Landscape and Arbor Service was started in 1994 by Michael (Mick) Rule. Mick had previously spent the last five years working for the Castle Pines Homes Association and Fidelity Castle Pines as Grounds and Forestry Superintendent. While at this position he met many of the homeowners in Castle Pines, and became acquainted with the conditions and challenges of this unique environment.

In 1992 he and his department won an Excellence in Landscape Award from the Association of Landscape Contractors of Colorado for their work at The Canyon Club. Upon leaving the CPHOA, Mick began working with a number of residents, maintaining their landscapes and pruning trees thru out the village. The first year he maintained about 30 properties, and assisted various homeowners with mistletoe control, removing dead trees, and small landscape projects. Since then Rampart Landscape and Arbor Service has grown to the point where we now maintain over 120 properties in Castle Pines Village, and perform tree work all over Douglas County. Many of our original 30 clients are still with us.

As the company has grown, the focus has remained the same; to provide a quality service at a fair price, while guaranteeing the client´s satisfaction.

CASTLE PINES VILLAGE: 99% of our lawn care, gardening, and sprinkler service is performed in Castle Pines, Colorado. We work in the Castle Pines area 5 days a week, have a great response time in the village, and have numerous references from the area.
